Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and handle information when you browse, order or get in touch.

1. Who is responsible

This Privacy Policy explains how Azuri handles personal information in connection with shopazuri.com, order requests and customer enquiries. Azuri operates this website from Trinidad and Tobago. Contact azuriclothingtt@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or call (868) 434-8695.

This notice describes the current service. Customer accounts and a newsletter sign-up are not currently offered on the website.

2. Information we collect

  • Order and delivery information: your first and last name, email address, phone number, street address, town or city, country, chosen products, colours, sizes, quantities, delivery fee, total, order reference and order status.
  • Customer communications: the information you send when asking a question, correcting an order or requesting a return or refund, including relevant payment-confirmation information you choose to provide.
  • Reviews: your chosen display name, rating, title, review text, product variant, submission date and moderation status.
  • Technical information: ordinary connection and service information, such as IP addresses, browser/request information, timestamps, delivery logs and error records handled by our hosting, database and email providers.

The current checkout does not collect card details or online-banking credentials. Delivery pricing uses the town or city you enter; it does not request your device’s precise GPS location.

3. Why we use information

We use the information necessary to receive and manage order requests, confirm availability and payment arrangements, send order emails, arrange delivery, handle enquiries and returns, publish and moderate reviews, maintain transaction records and protect the service against misuse.

Order records also support stock management and sales summaries. We do not add advertising pixels or a third-party visitor-analytics tool to the current storefront.

You can browse without submitting an order or review. If you do not provide the contact and delivery information needed for an order, we cannot process that request.

4. Who receives information

Access is limited to the people and providers needed to operate the service, fulfil orders, support customers or meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent customer personal information.

  • Supabase provides the database and related services used for products, orders and reviews.
  • Resend delivers order-confirmation emails and processes recipient addresses, message content and related email-delivery information.
  • GitHub Pages hosts the storefront and processes ordinary connection information, including IP addresses for security.
  • Google provides the web fonts used by the site and the Gmail service used for customer correspondence. Font requests send ordinary connection information to Google.
  • Delivery providers receive the contact and delivery details needed to deliver your order. We may share relevant information with a courier when arranging delivery.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to deal with fraud, legal claims or the protection of people’s rights. We do not publish your order contact details in the customer-review section.

5. Processing outside Trinidad and Tobago

Our hosting, database, email and other service providers may process or store information outside Trinidad and Tobago, including in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy rules in those countries may differ.

We remain responsible for handling the information under our control and for meeting applicable requirements concerning overseas disclosures. Contact us if you need information about a provider or an overseas disclosure before submitting personal information.

Provider information is available in the Supabase privacy notice, Resend privacy policy, GitHub privacy statement and Google privacy policy.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The storefront uses your browser’s local storage to remember the products, sizes and quantities in your shopping bag on that device. The bag is emptied after a successful order request; you can also remove its items or clear the site’s stored data in your browser. Clearing browser storage does not delete an order already submitted to Azuri.

Authorised staff use temporary browser-session storage to stay signed in to the dashboard. The current storefront does not set advertising cookies. Our service providers handle technical data under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Blocking all site storage may affect the bag or other essential features.

7. Order emails and marketing

Submitting an order allows us to contact you about that request, including payment, delivery, support and returns. It does not subscribe you to promotional emails.

If we offer promotional sign-ups in the future, the choice will be separate and optional, with a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing would not stop necessary messages about an order you have placed.

8. Public reviews and external links

A review you submit may become public after approval, together with its display name, rating, title, text, product details and date. Choose a display name you are comfortable sharing and keep addresses, phone numbers, payment details and other private information out of the review.

Links to Instagram, TikTok and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their content is not embedded as a social-media feed on the current storefront.

9. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for its stated purpose, such as managing an order, supporting a return, keeping required transaction records or resolving a dispute. We delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention duties and provider backup arrangements. Contact us about retention of a particular record.

The website uses HTTPS, and access to order-management functions is restricted. These measures reduce risk, but no online service or method of transmission is completely secure.

10. Access, correction and other requests

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy or correction, ask for deletion where appropriate, or raise a concern about its use. We may need limited information to verify that you are entitled to make the request.

Some information may need to be retained to fulfil an order, resolve a dispute or comply with the law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason and consider any applicable legal rights. Withdrawing permission for an optional use does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

Email azuriclothingtt@gmail.com or call (868) 434-8695. Please include your order reference if your question concerns an order.

11. Young people

The ordering service is intended for adult purchasers. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to place the order. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate involvement, contact us so we can review it.

12. Changes to this notice

We will publish a dated update when this notice changes. If we introduce customer accounts, online payments, marketing subscriptions or materially different data uses, we will explain those changes and obtain any additional permission required before using information for the new purpose.
